Weddings at Timber TrailsTimber Trails Forest Farm is an all-season eco-venue and organic maple syrup farm located in hills of South Bristol, New York.
With modern amenities and beautiful scenery our sustainable venue is the perfect spot to host your wedding and reception. Choose from multiple beautiful outdoor locations for your wedding ceremony. Maplewood Lodge
Built with timber harvested and milled on the farm and other sustainable materials, our Maplewood Lodge includes space for eco-maple production, bottling facility, geo-thermal heating and cooling, solar panels and a large timber frame great room for guests to enjoy all the flavors of maple season.
Our lodge can fit 132 seated guests or 160 guests cocktail style and features an onsite kitchen, two built in bars, three individual bathrooms (one with handicap access) indoor bistro lighting, and bluestone patio. We also offer the use of our 75 wooden dining chairs, five Live-edge Cherry tables that fit 58 people, and six 8-ft folding tables for additional seating and buffet set up. Please note if your guest count is higher than 75 you will need to rent chairs and tables to accommodate the difference.
Ceremony Sites
Whether it’s exchanging vows surrounded by the natural beauty of our maple trees or in front of our picturesque two acre pond we will find the perfect spot for your customized wedding ceremony location. Our ceremony locations are uncovered and include use of our Timber-framed arbor. You are welcome to rent a tent for a lawn ceremony.
