1 hour for rehearsal the day before, Friday 4 pm-5 pm
6 hours of set up time for vendors 10 am–4 pm
6 hours of event time 4 pm–10 pm
3 hrs of clean up 10 pm–11 pm and 8 am–10 am Sunday morning

We offer our Maplewood Lodge for 2025 private event packages start at $950 for 5 hours of event time (including set up and clean up) on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. You may extend your event time for a fee of $200 per hour.
